Historical village with an old groundwood and board mill. Situated in Jaala, in the province of Kymi. Museum founded in 1972. It is on the World Heritage List of the UNESCO since 1996.

A few kilometers away from Angoulźme, on the river banks of the Charente, this old wheat mill is a reconstruction of a 17th century paper mill.
The museum relates the history of hand-crafted paper from the origine.
